Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

This policy explains what the Overmark website collects. It has no accounts, no sign-in other than your wallet, and no advertising or analytics trackers.

  1. Your wallet

When you connect a wallet, the website reads your public wallet address so it can show your balances and orders and prepare transactions for you to sign. It never receives your private key or recovery phrase.

  2. What is public on the blockchain

Transactions submitted through Overmark are recorded on a public blockchain. These include token launches, swaps, orders, NFT mints and claims. The records include your wallet address, are publicly visible and cannot be deleted by Overmark or by you.

  3. Cookies and browser storage

The website sets no cookies of its own. Your wallet connection library keeps its connection state in your browser's local storage, so you stay connected between visits.

  4. Where your data is kept

Overmark keeps no user database. What the pages show is read from the blockchain each time. The hosting provider and the blockchain node the site reads from may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and operations.

  5. Sharing

Overmark does not sell or rent personal data. Data reaches third parties only as needed to run the site: your wallet software, the blockchain node it uses, and the hosting provider.

  6. Your choices

    • Disconnect your wallet at any time from the button in the top bar.
    • Clear the site's storage in your browser.
  7. Children

Overmark is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

  8. Changes

This policy will change as the project develops; the date above shows the latest version. See also the Terms of Use.
