Terms of Use

Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms apply to the Overmark website. By connecting a wallet or otherwise using Overmark, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Overmark.

  1. An experimental protocol

Overmark is an experimental protocol for launching and trading tokens on Uniswap v4. The website provides an interface to its smart contracts. Features and availability may change or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

The contracts, including the order book integration, have not received an independent audit. Errors may result in a partial or total loss of funds.

  2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and you may only use Overmark with a wallet you own and control, and only where doing so is lawful for you.

  3. Wallets and transactions

The website never holds your funds. Every action is a transaction you sign in your own wallet, sent to contracts on a public blockchain. Transactions are public, permanent and cannot be reversed, and network fees are set by the network.

You alone are responsible for your wallet, its keys and recovery phrase. Overmark will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not Overmark.

  4. Tokens launched by others

Anyone can launch a token when the launchpad is open. Overmark does not review, endorse or control those tokens or their creators. A token's name does not verify its creator's identity.

  5. Orders, tips and fees

An order may never fill, and it fills at the pool's price at that moment, which you do not control. The tip you pay when placing an order is returned only if you cancel before it fills. Fees and tips are paid only when people trade. Tokens burned by a mint are not refunded.

  6. Acceptable use

    • Do not use Overmark in breach of the law that applies to you.
    • Do not launch tokens that impersonate a person, project or brand.
    • Do not attack, overload or interfere with the website.
  7. Third-party services

Overmark relies on services it does not control, including Uniswap's contracts, wallet software, and public blockchain networks and their nodes. Their own terms apply.

  8. No financial advice

Nothing on Overmark is financial, investment or legal advice. Overmark does not guarantee the value, liquidity or future price of any token, NFT or digital asset, or any income from fees or tips. Digital assets can lose all of their value.

  9. Disclaimer

Overmark is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overmark and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, funds, digital assets or profits, arising from your use of Overmark, its contracts or third-party services connected to it.

  11. Changes

These terms may be updated as the project develops. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Overmark after a change means you accept the updated terms. See also the Privacy Policy.
